The Company is NOT a manufacturer and does NOT provide mechanical, legal, financial, or fitness-for-purpose advice.

⸻ 3. Used Vehicle Condition Disclosure

1. 1. All vehicles sold or listed are USED VEHICLES.
2. 2. Users acknowledge that used vehicles may naturally have:

• • Minor oil or fluid seepage
• • Small dents
• • Scratches
• • Paint, interior, or exterior wear
• • Noise or vibration consistent with age and mileage

3. These conditions are normal characteristics of used vehicles and do NOT constitute defects, misrepresentation, or grounds for refund, return, or dispute.

1. 1. Inspections are based solely on visible condition at the time of inspection.
2. 2. Inspections do NOT guarantee:

• • Mechanical condition
• • Future performance
• • Absence of hidden, developing, or undiscovered issues

3. Inspection reports, photos, and videos are provided for reference only. Buyers are fully responsible for reviewing all materials carefully before purchase.

⸻ 5. AS-IS / WHERE-IS Sale – No Warranty

1. 1. All vehicles are sold strictly on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis.
2. 2. The Company provides NO warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• • Merchantability
• • Fitness for a particular purpose
• • Condition, durability, or usability

3. After purchase, the Company shall NOT be responsible for:

• • Repairs or maintenance
• • Refunds or returns
• • Condition-related complaints
• • Buyer dissatisfaction for any reason

⸻ 6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers acknowledge and agree that they:

• • Have reviewed all photos, videos, descriptions, and inspection notes
• • Accept all risks associated with used vehicle purchases
• • Are solely responsible for import laws, customs clearance, taxes, duties, and local regulations

The Company is NOT liable for:

• • Customs refusal or seizure
• • Port congestion or delays
• • Storage fees or penalties
• • Regulatory or compliance issues in the destination country

1. 1. Users must use only their own true and lawful personal or company information.
2. 2. Users must NOT:

• • Use another person’s identity, documents, phone number, email, or payment details
• • Sign up or sign in using false, stolen, or third-party information

3. Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted under their account. The Company is NOT responsible for losses, damages, suspensions, terminations, or legal consequences arising from false or unauthorized information.

2. 2. All payments must be made through approved payment methods.
3. 3. All sales are FINAL once payment is confirmed.
4. 4. Users waive all rights to chargebacks or payment disputes related to:

• • Delivery delays
• • Post-purchase dissatisfaction

The Company is NOT responsible for third-party payment processor failures, banking delays, or currency conversion differences.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• • Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant transaction
